and it goes on saying that the car has nearly 300bhp so i sent him a email asking wot engine mods he has done to get 300 bhp here is his reply

the exhaust system alone makes it 280 bhp and the uve got the other mods bleed valve induction kit ect......

60+ bhp out of a exhaust

 

LOL no way does an exaust and induction kit make a UKTurbo 300bhp. More like 230?

Btw, you can get 4 door skylines, although they look somewhat... odd

 

He is running a bleed valve - 1 bar it states (i think standard boost pressure is about 0.75 bar) but even then it wouldnt be 300 bhp!

 

The 4 door are all down in Oz. makes a give excuse for a holiday to Oz

 

my boost guage tells me that i'm running pretty much to 1bar (with an STI filter and scoobyworld vortex backbox as athe only mods)

i wouldn't have though mine would be doing anywhere near 300 nags though!

I just got my uk turbo (my99) back from scooby clinic after melting a piston. I had a new engine, wrc turbo off an import, de-cat down pipes, prodrive back box and a p1 map on the ecu. It now has about 280 bhp.

 

You would think he would have used a spell checker before posting!
