Default What fuel injectors do I have

Can someone confirm what size fuel injectors I'll have on MY01 WRX. I've had a load of other stuff done now, but apparently these are holding me back from hitting 330bhp. Also what size should I be going for. I'm presuming replacements will just drop in and then I'll just need the ECU fueling sorted out.

380cc's and yes they would hold you back unless you could run a very high fuel pressure with a reg like the SX.

You could use the sti injectors from an sti. I believe they are 555cc or thereabouts. I am not too hot with newage cars so someone else may be able to confirm as well.

Hope that helps

I thought they were 440's

Didn't all imprezas go to 440cc at MY99?

New age STi's use the pink 550cc items, I managed 360 hp out them at sensible fuel pressures. Can be had Secondhand for around £250-£300.

Conrad

Edited to add, they are a direct replacement

Typical they'd change them for mine Still not to worry if the STI pink ones are a direct repl, that'll do for me. Thanks for all your input on this guys, much appreciated. There seems to be an oppurtunity to get a cheap set, but they are quoting 800cc, which seem capable of doing 600bhp. I'm never going to get there, but can they be used with mine now at 330bhp or will they be to big??

One more thing I only need 4 don't I. Don't want to sound dim, just double checking??

Yes just 4, pointless putting in 800cc ones, the low end speed stuff will be a nightmare to map. STi ones will do you just fine. Can supply if you want. Drop me a PM if youre interested.
