Wagon and saloons....HELP!!!

Silly question, may have been answered before, are all four doors the same fitting/shape on a wagon as they are on a saloon??? As in would the doors from a wagon fit onto a saloon and vice versa???

The doors are the same,the back ones have a different weather strip(the strip below the bottom of the glass) but that is fairly easy to change.
