I'm getting some spiral vented discs fitted tomorrow, and I've seen a few mentions that sometimes these are fitted the wrong way around.

Probably stupid question, but how do I know wether mine get fitted 'the right way'?

Thanks,

Greg

Greg,

I had this problem - now fixed...

On my APs:

The end of the groove nearest the outer edge of the disc clears the calliper first

See following page for clear piccie:

The importance is not so much to do with the external grooves, more with which way the vanes between the discs are supposed to move air for cooling.

Different manufacturers do it different ways.
Follow the manufacturers info sheet which should come with the discs?

Mike.
