So whats up with the 50mph limit on motorways everyone seems to keep mentioning?

Is it law yet, or when will it be? Or is it just the case of the 'do gooders' having a day out?

 

Do gooders having a day out- seriously... do you think people will realy stick to 50mph on motorways?
I'd say the EU thing was a bigger one to talk about just now... it's either very very stupid or very very clever... ? I've made my choice.

Agreed. It'll be fine for the rather harsh 37mph in a thirty, (i've been there), but not for the toerags as per the example.

If the legislation for this loophole is not yet 'written', I don't think it will see the light of day in it's current form.

But then again..............
