In my mates RB5 I managed 372mls on a tank of fuel and the light was not on ,He looked at me in disbeleif when i told him
The as a tek ecu and is decatted.It does seem quite good though

best check the maf sensor

have stretched about 330 without light in my decat rb5 doing a roads at 65mph (commuting 35 mile round trip)

I was going for 400 the other day, but I got bored at 280. I think it's possible though if driven carefully.

150's my worst on the road I usually get 200-220

I got 360 with no light Tek3, full decat, k&n etc

Running lean though one new maf and one new lambda later and all was well

Whats the MAF got to do with MPG
It underreads when shagged. ECU thinks there's less air flowing than there is , so doesn't introduce enough fuel. Engine runs lean.
