Uprate the fuel pump, loose the Dawes and then go for a TEK3 remap. The most noticeable difference will be the low down torque increase and the smoothness of power delivery.

Gonna be about 6/700 of the queens finest and IMO probably the safest and best value mod you can do next on your car.

...come out to Dubai and try a decent one...

Alternative, swap the up-pipe for a decat (saves the little bits of over-heated cat eating the turbo as well!) and a remap

Obviously with a boost gauge/KL/AFR etc etc etc

Thanks!

Was thinking about a uprated pump anyway just for saftey and should have said I already got a full decat inc uppipe, mite have blown gaskets not sure. Who does the remap?

Funny you should say that Neil, I will be back in Dubai at the start of September for 2 weeks hols again. Hopefully be in touch with you then and I'll see a real scoob.

Thanks again

Paul

I used Bob Rawle for mine, http://www.brdevelopments.com/, and I cant recommend his services enough, for a glowing reference see here

There are a few other good un's about but I can only speak from my own experiences.

BTW, reference the blown gaskets, you should look into that, if it is before the turbo (eg uppipe) it will make a difference.

a set of equal length headers will increase the torque but these need a remap as well

simple answer is to increase average cylinder pressure after top dead centre.

this means more boost, more advance, greater volumetric efficiency.

volumetric efficiency comes from better breathing from both intake and exhaust.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

or theres no replacement for displacement.. ie more cc's but that costs

boost doesnt = torque or power.

Colder charge temp and remap would be a start

Cool

My UK300 has
3.5" APS De-cat System
APS- TMIC
APS- Cold air kit
Tec3 all fitted and maped by Chris @ G-Force

Now puting out 285Bhp and 310 Torque and only running 1.3Bar on the TD04 turbo.

It is down to the de-cat 3.5” one of the best system you can get.
