Default Subaru Impreza Type 25

So far i have been looking to try and grab a brand new WR1, but i havent had much look. I am now thinking about going for this Type 25 which looks abosulty stunning and the performance is awesome. Thing i wanted to know about the Type 25 is , Is it an import? If so is it difficult getting insurance on one cause its an import, ? Also is the Type 25 a limited run. I maybe looking to buy one within the next 4 - 6 months? Will i be able to buy a brand new one at that time or will they sell out?

Can anyone help?

Thank you

Jonathan,

They are made to order as you can specifiy quite a few of the bits. Give Iain a call to discuss how to become an owner.

Cheers

I think it's pretty much made to order. The base car is a Japanese Spec STi which is already a pretty impressive car. I think Powerstation then do all the technical bits - 2.5 litre engine, AST suspension, etc.

With regards to insurance - I guess one of the Japanese import specialists would be first port of call. I'm with A-Plan for my JDM STi.

I think Iain regards the T25 as the showcase of all his bits. He essentially builds (creates?) the cars to order.

Olympian Subaru in Poole still have an unsold WR1 on their allocation. This car #3 from their initial allocation which has not been sold or ordered yet.

Get the Type25 instead and you won't have the humility of a SpecC leaving you at lights or any dodgy Evo reviews going against you

I watched Iain giving the Type 25 stick around castle combe at jap fest and that thing is nothing short of a missle. It ate everything in its path like nothing I have seen before at a jap day.

I test drove a Type 25 a couple of weeks ago. Made my MY03 Sti PPP feel quite slow.
Was told they had sold 17 of them, so quite exclusive!
