I'm trying to collate some information regarding the quality of dealer servicing of Subarus for

 

Took my MY00 EU import to Lancasters in Sevenoaks, they didnt want to know, totally unhelpful, eventually quoted £120 for the 1000 mile service.
10 miles up the road at Spring Park Motors in West Wickham it was a different story, they wanted the work and were really helpful, the 1000 mile service cost £84 and they fixed some problems like rattles etc. Well recommended, forget Lancasters.
