Congrats, I am all for competition (Healthy) and you do have the bones of a comprenhensive site.

A short question really for the Webmaster at Scoobynet......The Intro Page says launch first quarter 2000, was that just for the BBS or is there more to come?

It strikes me that there is actually not that many sites that do have this content and IDS is trying to fulfill a need. Why not combine the Scoobynet BBS with the Scooby.co.uk website, thus eliminating competition, yet giving the added benefit of a wider range of content.

You're probably going to take this the wrong way, but the white background and the specific red and blue forecolours you've used made my eyes squint a little - and I sit infront of a monitor all day everyday.

I design and build web sites too, so I can appreciate the work that you've put in and how a blaseh (how do you spell that?!) comment to do with colours can grate!

...still the site's for the scooby enthusiasts, so I guess it's down to the votes.

Ps. I'm not sure if I will split my time between 2 bulletin boards...

Boomer - COWARD !! - the ActiveX plug in is infact the Macromedia Flash plug in - most browsers have it installed automatically these days - you are really missing out !

Fosters - colours - good point - need a bit more work on this but was concentrating on content 1st

As for the other points - competition is a good thing and keeps the others on their toes ! and owner info comming soon.

Not the competition thing again! The more Scooby websites the better, I guess somebody will come along soon and collate the information from all the sites

Only comment is the red is a bit strong

I agree with Jim, too many boards dissapates users, who could all be in the same place talking to each other.

It's usually pretty hard to get the ball rolling for message boards, and creating a ubb for the same subject as an already successful one is not a good way to go about it...

Why would someone post there when there are already 3000 Scooby fans here? They are much more likely to get a response on ScoobyNet.

Reason for lack on the ScoobyNet is time and personal issues Im *hoping* that the new site will be upshortly, it wont be competition for others, just more information.
