i became a father on the 5th of june and the girlfriends been nagging to get a proper car (as if a scoobys not a PROPER car ) but am trying not to listen but iv'e been looking about to day and prices seem to vary from 7k upto about 11k

it's got a full service history aswell and has done 55000 miles (roughly,its in km) but what is it really worth?
any advice will be very appreciated!

 

bearing in mind being a WRX it'll be an import your looking at 8.5k MAX i'd say... maybe less after a little bit of haggling

IMHO

 

They vary so much because of any mods you may have had done to the car, its condition and even where you live.
Look in Autotrader (mag or on line) to get a comparison.

 

why does it make a difference to the value because its an import?

 

i had a good look on the autotrader site today but wrx's from 97 on seem to be very hard to find! only found 5 or 6
