Default 9 second scooby in the uk!

On sunday, a scooby did a 9.28 1/4 run.

And he'ed have gone quicker if the bottle in the boot with NOS on it worked!

The scooby was from scotland and they were first time out after building it. It is blue with red & yellow star grap's new shape they are doing the jap fest this weekend and hope to get sub 9sec's!

I have no idea who it is, one of my friends saw it run on Saturday.

I suspect the rumour of a 9.28 in the uk, is a combination of Chinese whispers, and sun stroke.

I have found out I can't show the pics he took until the mag is pub'ed (bloke is a professional photographer).

More information I have found out, is that it is a new company, and this is its showcar. If you lot know anything about jap fest, then it should be their.

Japfest was a month ago mate? Or the Santa Pod one?

All I can say is nice one!

You never know! If you have the cash!

Anything is possible (well almost), but there's more to it than just "cash".

It just seems very odd, that a Subaru does 9.28, in a public place, and there's no mention of it anywhere.

Guess we'll see.

Well unless you have the pictures on you, they must be on the web somewhere, so post a link up

As far as I am aware they are not on the web, since they were taken for a mag to print.

Anyway I have far more important things to care about since I am getting married tomorrow, so if you don't want to believe it don't, just you lot wait and see, and remember who said it first.

I'm sure we'll hear all about it in time if it exists, no doubt it'll be at Jap show tomorrow or Sunday and we'l all take pics of it, wonder who will be brave enough to run against it I'm sure there will be a couple of cars capable of sub 10sec runs there
