post a side-on pic of your current setup and it'd be quite easy for someone to photoshop it lower. (post your wheel diameter to give some scale to work from)

What are you trying to achieve by lowering the car?

Altering chassis dynamics or purely cosmetic?

Then it all depends on how bad you want your car to handle

At this point i leave the thread and float off back to a techie forum

I think you'll need to stiffen your anti roll bars as well, otherwise your tyres may rub your arches when cornering.
Don't know what size a Sport has as std, but I have a pair of 20mm ARBs for sale, if you're interested?

Transfers some of the compression of the loaded side through a torsion bar to the unloaded side to stabilise the car during cornering. Without it the car would corner like a rowing boat (or a Caddilac (sp?) ) If you wanted to improve handling it would be among the 1st things to uprate, but as you only want cosmetic enhancement it is only necessary if you have rubbing (as spender says).

if you wantto go that low, coilovers are the way forward, although i personnally would just be going for a set of lowering springs lowering the car by about 30-35 mil

I think you need to be care ful here, sorry.
Dropping the car to the floor does look sexy, that 2 door shows this! (are those 18's though?)
Mechanically, many on here would advocate a 25mm drop from stock. Your yellow scooby is about 25mm down . You can gauge this bt where the 17 inch rim matches with the pressed swage in the wing/door at the front.

At this level, the drive shafts are certainly not straight! Go lower and the suspension (coil overs included) can bottom out very quickly. At speed you will be off the road and in a hedge, not very sexy!

If I were you, and looking for a cosmetic stance (I used to build/drive American style Hot Rods, so I understand!) I would get some 18's on 40/35 section and drop it a max of 25mm (the silver 2 door?).

As to the roll bars. Anti roll bars do just that, resist roll! They do NOT stiffen suspension, jst the resistance to body roll at speed. They are a Very Good Thing to do though. Fit Whiteline 22mm front and back, set the rear on mid-way and you will have a good looker and a safe car also for those B roads you drive too fast on! (like the rest of us, no f*ucking cameras....)

With 125Bhp I doubt there will be a problem with handling in terms of going into hedges backwards

As for leaving your exhaust behind on the last speed bump, well, that's another issue
