MY99 Front heatshield ?
Front heatshield down behind the radiator is extremely rusty and is starting to rattle. Is there any big shakes if i just take it off or is it essential to get it replaced? Thanks.

Do you mean the heat shields on the manifolds? If so, i'd be reluctant to take them off as they get VERY hot. Maybe you could replace the heat shields with exhaust wrap. The tubular manifold on my kit car glows red hot and exhaust wrap stops it melting the bodywork!
