Default TD04 Vs VF28

When aiming for more power, is it worth upgrading a TD04 to a VF28... thats if you can? How do thier characteristic's differ?

The VF28 will flow more air and may operate at slightly higher pressure but a better mod would be to go from TD04 to TD05.
