Windows XP & DVD region coding
this is really starting to annoy me
my laptop is currently set to region 1 and i want to switch back to region 2.
i have 1 switch remaining, and the computer keeps saying i need to have a region 2 disc in and be the administrator - and i have definately done both - but it still won't f**king change!!!
