Scooby - He, She, or It?

Ok, daft Friday question:

Do you refer to your Scoob as he, she or it?
Cars for me have always been "she's", but I think this is definately a "he". You can't have a "she" making so much noise (hang on, did I really just say that?!?!)

What do you think?!

I've always thought of mine as my scoob, or my baby

but at the moment its being a bit of a bitch over the lamda sensor so looks like it is a she after all

I have 2 ex-wives so believe me, I know!!! The similarity between those two droning on and my WRX rumbling away at 90 mph is quite staggering!

Mine got dubbed "Tinkerbell" when I first got it - don't know why. One of the dippy birds at work thought it was appropriate... quite like the idea though - tinkerbell after a few nights on the lash chain smoking and shouting i.e. very very gruff and growly!!!
