just been looking on ebay at subaru things-came across impreza service manuals on cd for sale for 2001 onwards cars-it says these are the same as the dealers have except they have them in book form and not on Cd-as anyone ever brought one of these and are they any good-any info please?

Yeah I bought one - seems very good and useful - also has some US spec car details etc on it. Don't pay too much though as they are CD-R copies. No more than £5 or £6 etc.

it seems that the cd is quite comprehensive in that in covers all WRX models. Purchase it for £20 on ebay.co.uk or bid for it in the auction.

The manuals cover all thenew age imprezas models and seem to be international. Not useable like a haynes manual but still useful, but only if you pay like £5 or £6 - no more - not £20, they are only a CD-R copy.

Use the download links as they are essentially the same manuals, maybe not identical or as up to date but pretty similar and saves any hassle and cost.
