What's knoklink and MAF for?

I just heard somebody said that, but I don't know ,so I want ask

KnockLink warns you of DET and the MAF also known as the Air Flow Meter tells the ECU how much air is flowing in. and the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) does clever things to keep the engine running in as healthy as possible a state.
