£160+VAT for Boost/pod on A pillar fitted, expensive?
I've just been quoted £160+VAT to supply and fit a boost meter including pod on the A pillar by a company in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Seems a bit steep to me, does anyone know of a cheaper place around the Yorkshire area? Or is this a fair price to pay?
Sounds not too bad actually... my boost gauge and pod cost about £130, then fitting was just into three figures at my Subaru dealership
Still, done now and looks great, particularly at night when it glows eeriely

I've seen a banner ad on this site for a gauge + pod for £80 (I don't remember the company - Power Engineering or Scoobymania or some other...).
Sorry - can't be more helpful. Just keep an eye on the banners when you surf the BBS and hopefully it'll come up.

Thanks guys that's great.
KenG - That's really nice of you to offer, once I get the money together I may well take you up on your offer. Are you any good at fitting Bleed valves too or will I wave my warrenty good bye since it's a MY00?
