Marty the restrictor is located within a few inches of the turbo, in one of the vac pipes it can be located by gently squeezing the pipes and you should feel it. There will be a paint mark also on the pipe. Make sure you put the restrictor back in the same position as this will give you running problems if you dont. Have fun!!

Depends on model year AFAIK...
Two port boost solenoid cars have it in the small pipe from the Turbo outlet just before the T piece.
Three port solenoid cars have it in the 'return' vent pipe from the solenoid, somebody correct me if I am wrong..........
