This tickles me. I find it astounding that people will shell out vast somes of money for interior cleaners just because they carry a certain brand name. These brands reputations were built on their paint care products, nothing else. Your car seats are covered in fabric, its no different to any other. How do you clean other fabrics? Washing powder? carpet shampoo? whatevers cheapest IMHO. If you want to make an investment buy a £30 wet & dry vacuum, some cheap fabric shampoo and a scrubbing brush, use warm water and do one seat. Then if you want you can buy an expensive foam in a can product and do the other seat to see the difference, you'll be suprised how much cleaner the scrubbed seat is. Sorry to prattle on just wanna save people money. Cheers

Olly

You have a point...

.....But I'm lazy and a squirty bottle of cleaner cost me £7.99 (Used about half) and it only took me about half an hour to completely transform the interior of my MY99. Well worth £4 IMHO.

More importantly, the seats and carpet were not overly wetted, which can be a real pain (musty smells, steaming up etc.)

Each to his own

Brun. I think argos sell one, its not the pneumatic type that puts water down it just has the ability to suck up water. As for results I guess it depends what condition the seats were in before you started. £4 isn't bad for a complete transformation, but I bought 5 litres of fabric shampoo for £5 have done approx 10 interiors, (mostly family, the rest my own) and have used less than half. I also have some diluted in a spray bottle and use it like fabreeze except much cheaper.
