Hi

My WRX has a brand new Greer Sport full exhaust system on it( 3.5" Single Round Tailpipe which i was told cost about £400)

Can anyone give me some info on the Greer Sports?

Are they any good? I was planning on buying a Super Dragger i had been offered for £350

Greersport are a tuning garage down in ayrshire They dont make exhausts on the premises but can supply a custom fit system copied from the prodrive WRC cars for about £400 To see if it is one of thiers on the exit from the turbo it will look like a snakes head which tapers down to 3inch to the backbox

Any idea if they did induction kits too?

I pick the car up 2moro so i will let u know. I mind seeing a cheesy Greersport Sticker on the front bumper though!!

if it is the company I am thinking of , have you checked for a collins chip(same as superchip iirc).

if there is any sort of bleed valve on it,I'd be worried.

does the car have a boost gauge, what was it showing?

why should i be worried mate?

I have just picked her up. Its got a Greer Sport Exhaust, K&N Induction kit and something just up from the Induction Cone says ZEROSPORTS on it (i am clueless!!!) Bill Greer imported this car specifically for the last owner

 

you might not need to worry and sorry if my post scared you. I do not know anything about the greer record with scoobs, just that I was told they fit collins chips.

I would check the pipes between the engine and drivers suspension turret, for bleed type valves.

 

What car do you have I might be able to find out more about it for you as i speak with Bill often What year is it? What colour is it (I remember there was a silver/blue)I think i own the ECU that came across with the car

T-uk why the problem with a bleed valve its does the same,in principle,as a Dawes device.Dawes circa £30 Bleed valve 30p I had one for about 6 months it raised the boost from 0.9bar to 1.1 bar

tell Bill it is the 94 Silver WRX that COUNTY MOTORS JOHNSTONE had for sale.

i was told by martin at CM that the Greer Sport exhaust had just been fitted, £400.

ask Bill if he would buy it off me!!

i want the flat 4 grumble but to be honest, this exhaust just isnt 100% what i want!! im think more of a scoobysport job although i have been offered a super dragger

so greer sport exhaust if up for grabs!!

can u also ask Bill if anything else was fitted to this car, ie Bleed Valve, Induction Kit, Collins Chip etc etc
