i use 10mm tufnal material as thermal barrier, mu rally mate uses 20mm but does the manifold a lot higher.....good stuff...

these are made locally and as required, you would be better purchasing a set and machining them up yourselves...try http://www.revlimitms.com.au/ you can even clap your eye on my RS legacy on his customers section and the fmic works a treat in conjuction with the twisted vf34 (all kw are at the wheels), currently trying to build a 2.2litre (22B), its funny hardly any in aus runs water injection, yet in a hot country sometimes in excess of 40c, i believe there would be some benifits.....and thats another project
