Hello, Just 'defected' (hee hee) to the scooby side of things from the 300ZX forum.

Just before Christmas I bought a WRX STI 5 Type-R V LTD from paul at TSL Motorsport.

Should be arriving at the begining of febuary so should hopefully have it mid feb...........EXCITED isnt the word!!!!

Just wondered how often you guys have meets/track days etc and if anyone has any helpful advice.

I think ill be pretty regular on here but i stopped posting on the 300 forum about a year ago as things became a little too bit*hy for my liking.

Also i dont know if she still has them but someone was selling some brand new STI wheels. Would they fit my car and does anyone have any pics?

New STI wheels won't fit on a classic, but I'm sure Paul at TSL will try and sell you some alloys if you don;t like the standard ones

 

Welcome aboard, sounds like you made the right move. I ve had mine a nearly a couple of weeks now, and to coin a phrase from a well known hoofburger retailer... "IM LOVIN IT"

Also, gotta say that the first thing I do when I get into work is logon to SN to see whats being goin on over night. It really is a useful resource for help and advice if you're new (like me) to Scoobies. Plus there's a certain enterainment value when reading some of the postings

mmmm, i'm just wishing the day away at the moment! its a 2000 model and a beauty, dark blue, had a couple of test drives in it but cannot wait to get it home for a clean, though sadly i'm being told by everyone it will be raining tomorrow, i've told them there just jealous :-)
