Wow thanks mate but honestly its a fantastic gesture but no need honestly it is all currently being sorted. I will get my side sorted no problem either through the courts or my solicitor etc. I also still have the Courtesy Skoda which can be sold to cover the debt owed to me as needed.

I dont think it will come that far as the police will become involved to track him down if he doesnt respond to my court order.

Thanks once again though Tony, the gesture is much appreciated and nice to know people thinking out for each other here.

I was just a thought trouble's with the legal route is the time it take to get it sorted and money back, if every Two years after court said my M8 was to be "Paid" he is still waiting

i dont think the majority of people in the uk work like that, dont give any money to a daft imprezzive fund, give it to sumbody whos homeless or cancer research or sumthing

lets all be honest, you have as much chance as me falling of this seat then the whole imprezive thing being sorted out by a scoobynet thread, unless disco is compleatly brain dead (didnt sound like it when i bought my front spoiler (100% happy with my service) ) then these threads will be ignored until hes ready to deal with them

i dont know the details on his brother or such, but i do know that if i were in his shoes, the last thing that i would be worried about is anybody outside of my family winging about parts and stuff, if things are that bad, a few threads on a bbs arnt going to change his mind, hes made a decision to NOT sort this all out, for what ever reasons he may have, BBS threads are NOT going to change that.

there are ways and means of sorting this out, if these people want there parts/money/etc etc then the only way they can be SURE that sumthing is going to happen is doing it the arsehole way, which is involving police/courts etc etc

he has choosen to ignore his custormers, that means he is not listening to what you are wingeing about
now you have 2 relistic options, sit and wait or take pro action, dithering and dathering and posting threads is doing nothing pro active towards resolving this

Most posts on this problem seem to be for,

1) Litegation, which can take an age and still get nowwhere, meanwhile peeps have no bits or Car

2) Go around there with a baseball bat and end up an a GBH charge

I suppose, at least if you go for option 2, you should be out in time to collect the money from option 1

I Just thought it would be radical to do something as a community, to help out other members sorry it was such a DUMB *ss idea
