Driving Miss Daisy
#1
I found a thread on here somewhere that gave the impression that if you always drive your car like your driving Miss Daisy, when you do come to flooring it performance will be severly reduced. Is this true? Do you need to regularly floor your car for optimum performance? Car in question MY00 UK turbo

Not sure if its true or not, I did plenty of daisy driving for the first 2000 miles, and performance was pants. Now I'm spanking it a bit more - performane seems a hell of a lot better! Trouble is thrashing it in commuter traffic - so having to do plenty of evening drives!
