Hi everyone,

I just ordered one of the last MY00 Impreza GT Turbos in my home country Netherlands. I'm considering performance upgrades and currently evaluating options. I'm looking at 3 areas: Inlet and exhaust for the moments the turbo can not do an optimal job (low revs and high revs) and boost for mid to mid-high ranges where boost is electronically limited.
- Inlet: Removing the resonator and installing a drop-in K&N filter
- Exhaust: Dropping one of the Cat's, probably the mid section as it looks to be easiest and cheapest. As noise is more important than sound I haven't looked at back boxes yet.
- Boost: As most topics suggest boost is the major factor I am looking into affordable mechanical/pheumatical and electronic solutions for increasing boost.

Money, safety and sound are all important criteria. I'm not looking for a 100% solution but more into an affordable improvement in fun.

Please let me know if I'm on the right track and which products will suit me best.
