FOR MANY YEARS THEY WERE `OFFICIAL` SUBARU DEALERS,BUT THAT FRANCHISE HAS GONE TO SGL OF PRESTON(WHO HAVE RECENTLY GONE BUST!!!),SO NOW THERE HANDSARE NOT TIED BY IM AND HAVE JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL LOOK AFTER ALL IMPORTS AND WERE POSSIBLE,SUPPLY PARTS!!

Bonus! I live in Harrogate but have friends in Preston. Sounds like a good excuse for a weekend away as my wrx needs a 45,000 service

 

Took my Sti for service there back in November found them very helpfull. Parts Dept also good for sourcing import parts.

 

Good work Wayne. I had heard they had lost the franchise and was going to phone and ask about import servicing and parts. You've saved me a phone call

 

A few months ago i asked them to solve a problem with my 92 wrx,the boss said he would be able to sort it out,when i rang to arrange a time /date the mechanic said that he wouldnt be able to sort it out because its a import and they dont have the equipment to diagnose the fault.!!!!!!!!
this was last year,but i got all my major service items from them ,cambelt,plugs etc..
Maybe they have got their act together...
