As you know Hayward & Scott make the original Scoobysport back box and i am looking for anyone interested in a group buy for the classic 3.5" bb with any centre sections thrown in of course. We need a minimum of 10 people, and the prices are as follows:

Back box £220 incl. VAT
Centre £65

I will be going for BB & centre

anyone else??

Thanks for replying to my other post Pete - I'd be interested in the centre pipe if it was reasonated.

I don't think it is, but I'll keep looking around for info.

We could make one with a resonator in if required.

Normal all the names are added to list on the thread so everyone can see how it is growing and make sure the numbers get reached ,then ring us up and give us your details and we send out, as they are being consistently made and are 99% always in stock ,nudge nudge, wink wink.

...Count me in for a straight thru' centre section for £65.
Sounds good value to me. Have been very pleased with my open neck down pipe.
What power gains and noise increase can i expect by adding a decat centre to my already decatted down pipe and Ninja b/b on my UK Classic. A full decat will add about 30bhp....is this so?
What can i expect by adding the decat centre?

smurfy.

The sound won't change much ,maybe a bit deeper. The power increase you mentioned will be in total with a de-cat system.

Pedro72, not sure when you say 'classic' do you mean for the classic shape scoob or just that the H&S is a classic piece of engineering ? I have a 2002MY bugeye wagon.

Ian - I am in Ontario, Canada. Can you ship here? Any idea how much would that cost?

I can pay in UK funds - still have bank/VISA back in the ol' country.

UkNuck, i was meaning the classic shape but Ian from h&s would have to make a decision as to wether he will do u a bugeye version and arrange shipment etc.

The list so far:

1.Pedro72 - bb and centre
2.Scoobysnacks23 - centre w/resonator
3.***** - centre
4.Pappasmurf - centre
5.UkNuck - bb & centre??

Is the H&S centre with resonator any quieter than a Magnex centre with resonator?

Oh well, I picked up my back box and centre from H&S last wednesday at the full price.

Anyway, these exhausts are beautifully made, sound gorgeous, are very easy to fit and truely deserve their reputation. Since fitting them, I have not turned the stereo on once. That deep rumpling offbeat bass is great.

If this group buy is struggling for numbers, is it possible to creep the scope to include downpipes as well? I might even be tempted by one of those downpipes with a built in hi flow catalsyt. Any thoughts???

can a back box and centre decat for a subaru forester s turbo MY 2002 (not new shape) be made up and how much. There is three sections to the exhaust excluding the down pipe. Is it possible to quote on a sports cat for the down pipe, I dont fancy changed it every time to pass exhaust emmissions.

I shall give H&S a call tomorrow so as to answer all your questions and then we can fix up a list with a real cut off date.
Cheers

Can you give me a total for full decat system please. Also am I going to find the centre too noisy without a silencer?
