got a new MY00 scooby whose indicators flash on arming / disarming the standard alarm.

however a friend has just bought a MY99 which also beeps on arming / disarming.

i understand i can set my alarm to do this but its not listed in the alarm manual anywhere ?

can anyone help me as to how i can configure mine to beep and flash ??

In the manual it shows options 6 and 7 for future use. These are actually the 'beeps, on=7 and 6=off. It works fine on my MY00.

asked my scooby dealer yesterday but they didn't know how to do it, although thought it was definitely possible.

heheheh 1 and 3 are for plugginf in the optional flame thrower and high voltage seat cushions LOL

Yeah, it does work a treat - except that it is pretty loud! Got a few of those "youre a complete 4rse" looks in the supermarket carpark today, when I plipped the alarm. Or maybe it had nothing to do with the loud alarm!!!
