Famous RamAirfilter (again and again)
Scoobyfriends,
Today I controled my RamAirfilter, and guess what I saw? There were even flies etc smashed on the Air Mass Sensor... Quite normal? The form of the filter did me think on a "gauffre de Bruxelles".
At the Scoobysportsite, I saw that they are distributors now of ITG panel filters (I bought my RamAir at Scoobysport...), and they don't speak anymore about the RamAir!
Has somebody experiences with ITG? Eassy to fit? Keeps his form? No leaks of GEL???
Fuel consumption? Power? Thanks for reactions.

Hi there...
A few problems were seen with the RamAir filter... it didnt seel correctly in the box...got ****ed up with bits too quickly.... etc...
Your AFM should be perfectly clean.... V5 cars use a hot-film system which is very sensitive to particles (more so than the previous hot-wire design).
I believe there was an independant test of filters, and the ITG came out on top...
I'd suggest you talk to Pete @ scoobysport... he knows best
Cheers,
J.
