does anyone have a reciept for items bought from J.SPEC performance ? we are currently chasing outstanding debt from this company (they ignore all our mails) so we need to know if they were a limited company.i know the guy still sells stuff on here . any info in total confidence, please e.mail with replies. many thanks nomad

 

As far as I know the company was sold, and the new owners havent done anything with it

 

thanks for the reply sonic, any ideas who the new owners are ? it makes me mad because the goods remain the property off ourselves until paid in full, if we dont get paid then we know where to go and take the goods back from because we sent them to their customers direct,its a huge pi** take for the poor souls that paid for something only to find they dont actually own it. its not huge amount of money but its the principle that counts, they dont even reply to e.mails with an explanation, ignorance is no defence when mr bailiff comes knocking, cheers nomad
