Thought I'd advantage of the lovely weather and go for a country drive with the other half. Wish I hadn't as I had a deer run out and hit the front of the car!!

What was only going to cost me Lunch is now going to cost me a hell of a lot more!!

yes these are uneccessary expenses and it couldn't be helped. these things can happen to the best of us. it could have been worse so just be thankful you're all ok!

I was OK. More pi**ed of as the same thng happened to me 2 years ago.

I just hope it does not happen for a third time. My insurance premier is taking a right battering!!

 

A cousin of mine works for a transport company and a work mate of his hit a deer a fews years back . It was at night and the deer came bounding out of the trees at the roads side and jumped in front of his van and bounced off the bonnet and windscreen.The van was a total mess the driver was fine but unfortunately the deer died .
Glad ur both ok .

Yes you guessed it, the piece of "3X2" they used for the stick came crashing down onto the roof of the car.

Luckily it was the station car(runaround), and not the scoob, but it just goes to show.........**** happens.
