Hi Scott.

I've mailed you direct as well but in brief, your gauges will go out tonight and the injectors order we were awaiting cleared customs yesterday and arrived here today.

Hi Mike,

E-mails have been flowing steady thanks for keeping the comunication going.
Only thing is I still dont know if my order is on it's way to me and when I should expect it?
It looks as though Sean is now dealing with it as he sent me the last e-mail which was bit worrying as it asked me for an address to send the parts to?
I sent a delivery address in a letter with the cheque?
Reason for posting on here is although my e-mails were getting a reply from you, I cant seem to get a reply for the past 3 days as to when my order is being sent.
The very last e-mail I got said "All hear waiting to go"

What are they waiting on, the courier?

I'm in no rush for them, but if you could give me a definate date of delivery I would be very greatfull

Thanks in advance

Scott

You have a reply Scott.

John Coffey, I'm unsure as to either your motivation or aim?
I've NEVER denied that things don't always go to the plan or how either *a* customer or often ourselves would have liked them to.

You are not really in a position to give credible assesment in this or any other matter. It's not dissimilar to disecting a football match in the pub, pointing out how clearly it was and is being done wrong.

We have nearly 2000 customers on our database, many of whom have purchased from us multiple times for nearly 5 years. While we don't *always* get it right, it also can't be *that wrong* either.

I'm not saying it's OK to get something wrong, it's more a case of seeing the big picture (which from here I can but you can't) and making small adjustments if it is a procedural error, or analysing what happened if it was a simple ommission or oversight.

No offence intended Mike, it just seems as if every complaint I read about you guys is your lack of ability to answer e-mails in a timely manner.
You *really* should devote more time to solving this problem, that is all I meant.

Sounds like there's a need for a Scooby Mania call centre and data management system?
I hear that they are all the rage in India at the moment.
