addicted to scoobynet?

Feeling down/bored @ work - always found time for quick 5 min check of Scoobynet. Turning into a bit of an obsession.
So - last week tried cold turkey and promised myself no Scoobynet all week.
V impressed - did it: 7 whole days without. Now it's a dire Monday again, and I've spent at least an hour today going back through the posts I've missed, and even checked "Was It You?" for that elusive 1st sighting.
Argh. I NEED THERAPY!

Whist on a weeks holiday this year I passed an internet cafe - the wife took one look at me and uttered the unforgettable sentance -
