I've been running MY00 on unleaded and I was thinking of starting to use superplus, do you need to reset the ECU or does it adjust automatically?

I run normal unleaded but when I went to Snetterton I filled up with Super (several times!) and then half & half before finally back to unleaded. Now its back, no probs & no ecu reset. You should have seen the look of the woman in the petrol station though, thought I was barmy!

I ran my tank right down till nearly empty and filled up with Super. Took half a tank before I noticed the difference , which was better pick up in mid range and the power didn't drop of quite as early as NUL

No Moz, I wouldn't reset it if I were you. I recently went onto super and fell into the ecu reset trap and the car went slower!! I think the common view is that if you get a bad tank of fuel it is possibly worth considering. However the ecu does learn quite quickly (though I remember reading on this BBS that it varies depending on the model year)and will sort itself out eventually.

Otis.
