No fuses gone yet but I'm sure they will!
To get an official handbook for any car I believe you need to go to a main dealer with you chasis No. etc
Is the WRX available through the standard dealer channels in any English speaking countries? Could be a source!

The Stables 4x4 (forgotten phone number, will post it if I can find it later) is an agent for jpnz, a new zealand company that translates manuals - they got one for my legacy gt-b, and do lots of others. However mine doesn't have the fuse locations in it

FWIW - the under bonnet box by the battery has English notes on the lid - shows the layout as you look at the fuses from the battery side of the car facing the engine.
I have had fuses fail in engine compartment but not inside the car (?)
NB no spares inside the car - but some under the bonnet - best to buy a pack of mini spade fuses + keep in the glove box IMO

Not a 100% sure but a mechanic friend of mine showed me a data book which didn't cover a wrx but a Uk legacy and the fuse box was the same layout. If that is of any help. Keep me posted if you have any more info on a WRX book.
