I live in the US and my wife is complaining the the 96 Impreza Outback we have lacks 'kick', And wants to move up to something with a six cylinder. Considering how bad resale values have been the last few years, I would like to try to get all the hp out of this that I can. What should I be considering for low,mid and high range performance improvement?
