have you been to SubCity in rotherham? they service scoobs, i havent tried them , but they're local and seem fairly cheap, £279 for full cambelt+filters+oil service !

H.D.C Subaru in Hebden Bridge, West Yorks.
Specialise in engine rebuilds and also do general mechanical work.
They also break scoobs for spares.
Howard (the H in H.D.C) rallies an Impreza and has been working on Subaru's for 18 years (if I remember correctly).
