Right decided am gettin a classic scoob till the insurance money comes through for my S3. So I want a facelifted darkblue/silver near enough standard classic.
UK car too! So does anyone know if theres anygoing on here? or anywhere really which has been well cared for?

Gettin the scoob so that I can say I have owned one and so its out of my system. Won't keep it long maybe a month or two!

Thanks

And then it'll be "Oh, of course I'm not going to mod it!"

I'll second the 'we'll see about that'

wasnt gonna mod mine.. wanted to spend money on other stuff

it starts off a a £10 peice of fluffyness...then a £100 peice breathing..then a £500 peice of speed...then..... forget it mate.. i bought my car (2001 WRX) exactly as i wanted "no mods" said I....

about £600 and 5 weeks later.. i had to give in...

new scoobs should be badged "WRX/STI WBM" (Will Be Modded)

it hurts , it costs , but its fast

Cool

You have so little faith! (hopes he can really resist modding) Your right though I just keep seeing things I wouldn't usually notice and keep thinking thats sounds good or that looks good!
The curse of the scoob maybe kicking in!
I want an S4 tho!

MUST RESIST MODDING!

You got to at least do the back box, just so it sounds like a real scoob .. or you won't really be able to say you had one ...
So just do that ... oh and if you find it understeers a bit then get the geometery sorted, makes a huge difference ... then stop there

I thought that until I drove my Scoob

The chipped S4 I drove was fast, really fast but had no driver involvement whatsoever. The handling was good but steering was awful.

Nathan..

GTI, I was in Derbyshire on holiday last week, a place in Bakewell has a Wagon, in dark blue, gold wheels. 'S' reg IIRC.

(drive through Bakewell t/c and it's the petrol station on left)
