Driving home I dropped my girlfriend off at her house parked up we waited for a bit saying goodbye etc. I notice a green Scoob go past and thought nothing off it apart from 'oh thers a Scoob'. Anyway I did a u turn and headed back the other way , check my mirror and see what I assume was the same green Scoob (about 4 up) from before about 100 meters back. Not really thinking anything was out of the ordinary I slow down just o get a look at the car, the scoob stays 100 meters back even though I slow to about 15mph on quite a busy road. Thats when I thought something was up. At the next set off lights I get into the right hand filter lane (lights on red) so does the Scoob, the left hand lane (going straight) was on Green so I decided to pull out left and go through, the scoob does the same - def something dodgy here I thought. So as the traffic built right up to almost standstill the following scooby catches right up (he has no choice)and I make a very sharp left down to another road, the scoob this time doesnt follow, but as I later found out they took the next left and doubled back on me! Now hes behind me again about 4 cars back, I'm a bit nervous now and decide to wait until I get to a very busy area, pull in waiting and hope they don't see me. The question is what do I do now? They were deffinatly following me I think to jack my car. I remeber reading on here about someone having there scooby nicked and the getaway car was another green Scooby, is it the same car? Thanks for any help.

I would give the local Police a call and let them know what happened. It might well be unmarked pold thinking you had knocked yours, sounds a bit sus.

 

get the reg number and go to the police

 

Could have been the police I suppose but although I didn't get a good luck they didn't appear to be policemen if you know what I mean, Its just with a post I read a few months back about another green Scoob it got me thinking

yep there has been one knocking round this area for a while acting decidedly dodgy (ie following other Scoobies around) tell the police mate

 

it was a green wagon if my memory serves me correctly

 

This wasn't a wagon, just a regular 5 door.

Did you get a look at the driver (race/age/hair colour etc)?
Also, does this car have any outstanding features? (gold alloys, big spoiler etc??). (oh and which MY is it? ie 97 P)

I saw an unmarked police Green scooby around the wythenshawe area a few months ago.......

Thanks for the warning Seven, sounds as if you had a lucky escape. They were certainly after you, what car were you in ?

If this happens to anyone, an idea maybe to drive to the nearest police station ?

 

To true Gary C, all I can say is lock your doors no matter what time of day it is (this happened at 16.00 for christ sake) and be on the look out for any dodgy behaviour. Also take a different way home as much as poss.

 

If you get followed by these lot, hit the gas hard to the nearest police station.
The same lot tied my girlfriend up at my house whilst i was out.
These bast4rds have guns, and will use them.
There will be 2 or more white guys and 2 black, all sitting very low and behind the b pillars.
They are from stretford way, but travel all over to steal.

ruined her really.
Had to move out of the house the same day.
Sell the subs.
And there is no point on going after revenge as these guys have no remorse. They are involved in 80% of the shootings at the moment. They even have access to a fully automatic machine gun which was featured on the news a few months ago shooting at a house in Urmston.
Seems the only way to keep you sub is to only have a scalextric one.

T-reg means it would have the Mid-level spoiler, probably a Sport (non-turbo) or the spoiler has been replaced with an earlier style low spoiler (doubtfull).
