under warranty - topman.
Its funny though as I complained about clutch judder at my 40k service and he said its normal and it wasn't that bad.
anyway had my 50k main service a few weeks ago and he took the car for an after service test drive and came back and said I need a new clutch and we will do it under warranty
not that I'm complaining as I will get a nice new clutch and hopefully will cure the pesky clutch judder problem!
