How do you secure it in place, How much will I need for a Downpipe and where can I get some ??????????

I used a couple of jubillee clips of a suitable size.
Have seen some 'posher' type clamps, like industrial laggers use, called 'Band-it', try www.proven-products.co.uk,

Bits of wire

I also paint it with hi temp paint afterwards to stop some of it's natural water retention (especially important for the headers!).

Stainless steel cable ties. They have a locking ball bearing in them rather than the usual ratchet type.

I wrapped a Magnex DP up good and proper with 15m's of lagging.

got some wrap clamp things from rally-design too.. wasnt too sure how they worked, so just rolled the ends ova.
got the wrap from there too. think I got 25meters.. will check.
