Need An ISP For My New Mobile

I have just bought myself a Sony Ericsson P800, which seems to be a fine piece of kit. I would dearly love to be able to surf and e-mail from the phone but I will need an ISP.
I have BT Broadband at home, so I can't replicate this account. As I have inclusive minutes I suppose I would be better off with a 'Pay As You Go' type ISP. I am also looking at GPRS as the means of connection, unless someone advises different.
Any suggestions?
I would also appreciate info on MP3 sites as I am a total MP3 virgin
Cheers

Doesn't your network provider look after this for you?
I'm on Orange and they look after all my GPRS.
btw - GPRS doesn't come off your inclusive minutes as far as I'm aware, its billed per Megabyte, rather than per minute.
