What's the little box on the roof at the front LHS?

 

I agree that it looks like a WRC prototype as you can see from the front seats that they are set @ different hights a la rally car, but there is no cage, but they could have been air-brushed out.

Interesting to note that the rear spoiler is different to the WRC, which has multi vertical veins.

Here's hoping it's the next new limited edition wide bodied car. If yes, where do I place my order as I want to get one more Impreza before Subaru retirement,,, 6 and out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also look at jacking pionts in the sill,still very nice all the same ,i think i want one.

 

does it not make u wonder if they know we want it why don't they make it instead of manufacting half assed keck, for example the sti8 imo should come with a ppp as standard and if they know what the competition is (ie the evo) why dont they actually drive about and learn the ins and outs of the competition and then make theres better! am i just being stupid or does anyone agree

Agree with Madjay !!! Spending 25 grand is more than most can ever afford to spend on a car & those lucky people who can, then face the almost necessary 2 grand extra on the PPP . Subaru are using a sneaky pricing tactic in my opinion , instead of charging 28 grand for the PPP STI and scaring off punters , they're reeling us in on the lower price STI knowing full well we all crave the extra power available from the PPP & are therefore gonna get it in the end.
Well maybe anyway!!!

 

If this is the new 22B I would have one tomorrow. The question being though, is it actually real ? Is this just the prototype wide bodied rally car or do subaru have plans for a S202 ? If they do, can anybody clarify this point for me ? By the way is there anybody out there who can translate the japaneese advertisement above ??? Who agrees with my girlfriend as she thinks it is ugly because it has too many doors ?????????

Exactly , I used to believe every scoob variant I saw on here until I was shown some of the amazing things people can do on that Photoshop thingy , best scoob I ever saw on that was a dark blue convertible one shown on here once it was Lovely & very clever!!!

 

S202 is already released in Japan, been out since last year. Do a search and you'll find it! (And its an 02 Bug-eye!)

 

Yeah - photoshop alert on that one.

There is some interesting info flying around though - a part of the FHI group is said to be working on all sorts of fancy kits for the range, including full body kits/limited editions in conjunction with the STi boys (which is basically what is said in the story with the pics).
