As a RS cosworth owner im not as into scoobs as you lot so forgive my ignorance .

I keep seeing PPP banded about on this BB and for about the last month i have been trying to find out what this stands for but no one ever posts the full words ,just PPP ,Ive worked out it is something to do with prodrive....but WHAT DOES PPP STAND FOR??

Backbox
ECU remap (i think)

boosts power to 246ish from 215

 

Prodrive Performance Package.
On an 03 WRX gives 265PS @ 6000rpm as against standard 225PS @5600rpm.
These are the bits that are replaced by the kit.

That black box is the new upgraded car audio system for my new 03 wrx, It "MUST" be better than the harry moss thats in it just now.

If you got a STI replace centre section and b/box with TSL firestorm then were looking at 325bhp

on my MY99 they replaced the whole centre section and the back box. the ECU and that horrid looking std. turbo outlet!

Well spotted Pete.I wondered when it would be sussed.People got too involved with my garage ICE to notice my upgraded ECU.

Its not a Motec, its a re-mapped Iceland Oven chip.

Works well at high temperatures,prefers Gas Mark 5 but only for 20 minutes.
