Question

Now the slightly harder question

Why isn't there a ball on the end of the one on the left?

Reason being is that I've ordered one for my 95 WRX, and its already got the ball on it. Have a look at the picture of SR008 here Will it fit?

What do the ones that fit a MY97-98 look like? (don't say they have the ball on the end )

I've just been asking about this quickshift. SR008 is listed as pre 96 so it should be ok. Can you please let me know how you get on as I'll be ordering one soon for my 93wrx and would love to know if you have any problems

Nice one Maffa!

Its now sitting on my desk, will probably be on at the weekend so I'll let you know if it fits - however Maffa has kind of confirmed it

Steve, I think they're in the process of doing that!

When I ordered last Friday they were kind enough to say that there was some confusion over which models their quickshift fitted, mine may not fit but will offer a full refund if that is the case. I said that I'm no expert but I believe there are 3 different types of quickshifts for classics - pre97, 97-98 and 99on and suggested the two types in the picture are pre97 and 99on. Another thing that's confusing is that the catalogue picture says that QS008 is post96 and QS009 is pre96. Both incorrect IMO. I ordered QS008 after chatting to the guy, he said the pictures are correct and the descriptions are wrong. I think QS008 is pre97 and QS009 is 99on.

I hope that reads OK
