Hi, Can anyone give me an idea what a subaru dealer charges to fit a boost gauge, thinking of having one fitted but there arn't any good specialist garages where i live (North Wales).

Cheers James.

Thumbs up

Why don't you ring Nitosport up, they do some very sexy gauges.

Subaru sell the column mounted Lamco boost gauge at about £250 IIRC

They will no doubt take an hours labour as well so you're looking at £300 fitted.

IIRC my Autometer gauge (nice thick red pointer - easy to see) was about £45, "A" pillar pod from SMania about £35, and £40 to fit - £120 ish job done.
(The "A" pillar pod is for sale if interested !!)

I bought a Defi Boost Guage, which also mounts on the steering column. It cost £180 for the guage and control unit and £40 to fit. Because I now have the control unit, I can add further guages for about £80 each.

The Defi's are nnniiicccee. I got mine from scoobymania www.scoobymania.co.uk

edited cos I cant spell scoobymania

I paid around £150 inc VAT for the Subaru/Lamco boost gauge. Very nice it is too. Best to shop around...

G

Edited to say that included fitting.
