not whingeing, however i feel the service is a little slow.
on the other hand i have had some deals due to scoobynet plus membership, which was the main reason i bought into it.
a keyring would be nice but i ain't losing sleep over it!

I can't keep saying enough how sorry we are about the issues involving the membership packs being issued.
From a Scoobynet point of view, we really wanted to send all contents of the pack out together (Membership Card, Stickers and Keyring). Because the quality of the keyrings has not been up to scratch, this has been delayed (in fact you wouldn't believe the amount of heartache and time this has caused us).
We have now decided to send the packs out without the keyrings, with the keyrings following as soon as they are ready.
These packs were planned to be sent out about 2 weeks ago, but I have recently had a death in my immediate family... as you can imagine SN took a back seat.
We aim to get these packs received by all members by the end of next week.
ALL memberships will not start the 12 month period UNTIL the packs have been sent out. There have been numerous competitions to SNPLUS members only and also the discounts available on the shop.
Again, apologies for the delays.

I don't wish to spoil your SN bashing, but Plus members have hardly paid for nothing. AFAIK, members have still been entitled to their discounts etc, even without their packs.
I appreciate that nobody is happy that packs have been delayed, the benefits are why Plus members joined, not the packs, and to in any way suggest that they have been conned or are suckers, is grossly inaccurate.

Hey I'm not bashing Scoobynet, just some good natured joshing. I'm sure that everyone understands you have a problem. Maybe you need to be a little less sensitive.
We all know that you'll send out the keyrings and other stuff when you finally get it together. In the meantime for anyone who wants the *kudos* of plus membership without paying the £25 just cut and paste at the top of every post. I can live without the keyring and stuff so thats what I'll do.

I would also remind you that Plus membership is not about 'Kudos' but about getting additional discounts well inexcess of the membership fee.

Josh I'll bow to your obvious expertise in Joshing and admit maybe if you have a tender spot about the plus membership it might not be seen as Joshing.
However if you sent off some cash to join something then it might be reasonable to be a bit peeved when you don't get the stuff promised.
